BroilKing Pro Griddle with Backsplash
I love this griddle! It replaced one that I had for 15 or more years - and still liked, but the surface was damaged through being left on high heat by a teenager one too many times. Anyway, this griddle is such an improvement in so many ways. The BroilKing is lighter, so it's much easier to get in and out of the cupboard. Its surface is absolutely wonderful! Nothings sticks to it and the cleanup is a breeze. I like that it is rectangular because my old one was shaped smaller on the ends and you could not get enough grilled cheese or pancakes or whatever for our large family on there. It heats evenly and quickly. My only gripe would be that the backsplash is not on par with the quality of the griddle. It does not matter very much because I almost never use it, but still, it is not the high quality you would expect to get with this griddle. I really like the griddle enough to overlook that one small flaw though. The thing that originally sold me on this particular brand was the fact that it is made in the USA!!! After using it many times, I would highly recommend it!!!
